Ben Waters – Chief Executive Officer

With more than 15 years experience in the print and mailing industry, Ben Waters is the CEO of Mailforce and a founding Director of the company. Ben’s background in general management extends to having been responsible for running Australia’s largest corporate mailhouse operation across various states — Western Australia, SA and NSW.

Ben has extensive knowledge of direct mail marketing, business process outsourcing, procurement methodology and contract management. Ben has worked with Federal Government on some of Australia’s largest communication campaigns and has been involved in numerous major BPO projects, having managed a number of solutions within Banking, Insurance and Government sectors.

Ben is a member of several industry and professional bodies and has served on the state executive of the Australian Direct Marketing Association (ADMA) in a number of Australian states including Western Australia.
